Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our cold-pressed juices and wellness products, all sales are generally final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Upon review, we may:

  • Provide a replacement product
  • Issue store credit
  • Offer a refund when appropriate

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders may be modified, skipped, or paused before the next billing cycle. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Products not stored properly after delivery
  • Products consumed or partially consumed
  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect customer information

Peace of Vibes reserves the right to review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
